Leading US turfcare magazine, Landscape and Irrigation, has named the Kawasaki FX730V EFI engine a Top 20 new product for 2016.

The accolade is based on innovation, marketability and application within the commercial landscape and irrigation markets in the US.

Incorporating the most advanced Electronic Fuel Injection system in Kawasaki history, the FX730V EFI with fully integrated electronic governor and advanced ECU, instantly matches engine power to cutting load and ground speed. Blades maintain maximum cutting performance through heavy turf, tall grass and up hills, powering commercial lawn mowers with greater speed and productivity.

Jack Ford, Senior Product Manager at Kawasaki Engines Europe commented, “We are extremely proud that the FX730V EFI has received this award. This is the latest and most advanced addition to our flagship FX series and is at the cutting edge of general purpose petrol engine technology. Congratulations to our engineering, manufacturing and assembly colleagues in the US.”

Also in the Top 20 were two applications, the Cub Cadet PRO Z 100 and the Toro GrandStand Multi Force, both powered by Kawasaki Engines from our FX and FS series.
