Training boost for Kawasaki Engine Distributors
8 Jul 2013 Kawasaki CommunityTo further increase the technical and product knowledge of their European Distributor network, Kawasaki Engines have designed an all new intensive training programme. The aim is to equip Distributors with the skills required to sustain and improve the level of customer service provided by their Dealers.
The success of the latest training session confirms Kawasaki Engines’ commitment to increase the support to Distributors. Further sessions are already planned for later this year.
Feedback from Kawasaki Engine Distributors after the Netherlands session was very encouraging.
“The enthusiasm and knowledge about our engines was very impressive,” said Andrew Squires, After Sales Service Specialist, Kawasaki Engine Department.
The session was a great opportunity for some ‘hands-on’ experience with the latest engines – TJ 2-stroke engines, FJ, FR, FS and FX 4-stroke engines – as well as refreshing knowledge of established favourites.
“Our OEMs purchase our engines on the understanding that we provide all necessary aftersales care and support. This could be from a customer enquiring where to fill the engine oil to a complete engine rebuild,” added Andrew.
“The more knowledge we give to our Distributors, the more will feed down to their Dealer network with the aim of exceeding market expectations.”
